Indeed, having a logical model would be an asset.
The proposal is to reverse engineer the current technical model and have it reviewed by people with more knowledge of clinical biology.
WG: this can be made by any volunteers that present themselves and will be validated by this WG.
Looking at a few lab models and the current resources, I have several questions - seems that some elements are logically not needed but are just technical imposed by FHIR - and I would like to confirm that with a lab expert. Can we have a smaller 1:1 meeting to quickly go through these issues?
@bdc-ehealth @costateixeira Is it still the plan to create the logical model of the BeLaboratoryReport? It would be useful for our use case (secondary use). Thanks!
We should always have the logical data model, to validate the implementation against the requirements / agreed scope. For comparing to other reference implementations, and because of our own internal process, we should add the Logical Model
