GLIMS - Clinisys: problem with ssin namespace #225

Hi thibault, we see that many GLIMS labs try to test with a faulty SSIN namespace, namely https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/NamingSystem/ssin the namespace should be

 https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/core/NamingSystem/ssin

according to the published IG.

This has been fixed in the latest translator version
