unknown_testcase #230

Dear see messages 2147 - 2155 - 2158 - .... all "unknown_testcase" can you please explain why these are unknown testcases ? in the visualization tool everything seems correct ?

Hi Patricia, I have already tried to contact you twice this week using the ITSM. In that message I wanted to tell you that you are confronted with a well known GLIMS/Clinisys problem #225 . The NamingSystem for the SSIN is not correct. You have to contact GLIMS to solve this. You are not alone in this situation.
