Testcase 2G question

We are visualizing the notes that are sent in an observation. We see that in testcase 2G it's structured like this in the json file:

In testcase 44A the note is visualised as shown in the next json:

Do we need to show the text in the note of testcase 44A in the same way as the note that is in testcase 2G? In testcase 44A the note is not shown in the PDF or the visualisation tool which is conflicting with testcase 2G.

these are different types of notes.

The example in 2G is a general note.

The example in 44A is a specific note about the accreditation.

It should be clear in the visualisation that 44A is about the accreditation (as indicated in the extension), the note in 2A can be shown as such. As for the HOW of the visualization, you are free, as long as it is clear for the practitioner and the patient that both types are different kinds of information.
