You have to order a certificate in the ACCEPT environment: Environnement d’acceptation de la plate-forme eHealth | Platform eHealth
and use this link: eHealthBox
You can encrypt the message using this certificate (upload the certificate, check encrypted)

Je n'ai pas trouver de tuto ou d'information suffisamment précise sur la marche à suivre.
J'ai cru comprendre qu'il faut une eheatlhbox en acceptance sans trouver comment l'atteindre
