End-to-end test self-declaration #315

We (Labo Nuytinck) have done an end-to-end test of FHIR files with Mediportal. Everything seems to be in order.

In the meetings there was talk about requiring self-declaration of such an end-to-end test as a requirement for homologation. Is this implemented already?
