Hi,

We need to report 'fixed' comments under the report. For example:

the labguide location
telephone/fax numbers
...

Where can we store this in the FHIR diagnostic report? We propose using dummy observations, however issue 23 says we should use the dedicated FHIR fields. So, what is the dedicated FHIR field for this?

These all belong in the DiagnosticReport.performer.telecom element of Organisation.

General question. How do you put general fixed comments like the following information in the FHIR message. Which field. How does Macsys does this? By use of dummy tests ?

The tools group asks for an extension to add "footer" comments.

@costateixeira this request for an extension to add "footer" comments seems a little strange and more layout oriented than functional. These "footer" notes however can be understood as "legal disclaimers" that should be present on the report (also in digital form). What is your suggestion?

The workgroup decides that the extension will be called Note, and that there will be no standardized type associated with it.
