@AlexisVZ-MDS proposed to make a link/scan of the official document necessary for wills registered elsewhere?

WG: -the field is not mandatory, but there will be a business rule that describes the situations in which the scan is preferred. We align with the choices made for the lab report.

a link (URL to external system) is allowed, but not mandatory.
