Just to make sure I understand this issue.

The questions was "Should we use Snomed codes for the valuesets ?".

Todays answer (in Teams meeting) by Anne was: NO, not yet. For PatientWills (coming from the sumehr) we use the same valuesets as in kmehr. For the new Advanced Care Planning wills, new ones are defined. Both, the values taken over from kmehr and the new values for ACP will be in new valuesets defined in FHIR.

But this means that these "patients wills" careset in FHIR will not be internationnally interoperable (willcode being the most important code and bound to kmehr or Belgian ACP legislation). I think this should be clearly documented as a projet scope limitation, because a lot of people will think that once it is is in fhir, it is internationally interoperable ...

Also shouldn't we check the european rules or intentions about this ?
