ValueSet-be-vs-care-location: use/translations of "Medical Center" & "Workplace" to be clarified ? #131

Hello,

For our implementation I am referring to https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/vaccination/ValueSet-be-vs-care-location.html. Is this still the latest version ? If so, I think we should:

1) Clarify the usage of the value "Medical center", currently translated as "Maison médicale"/"Medisch huis", which in Inami/Mycarenet terminology refers to a very specific type of group pratices in "forfait", cf. https://www.inami.fgov.be/fr/professionnels/etablissements-et-services-de-soins/maisons-medicales. If the goal is to use "Medical center" more broadly for 1st line "group practices", I suggest we change the translations of "Medical center" to "Pratique de groupe / Groepspraktijk". Or if should also be used for solo pratices I would suggest the change the translation to "Cabinet de médecin ou de groupe / Praktijk van arts of groepspraktijk".

2) If "Medical center" is confirmed to be used only for "Maison médicale / Medisch huis" in the RIZIV meaning, I suggest we add 1 or 2 extra possible values for "Pratique de groupe / Groepspraktijk" and "Cabinet de médecin / Praktijk van arts".

3) The value "Work place" is currently translated as "Au cabinet / In het kantoor", which could lead to different interpretations in French and Dutch, because "Au cabinet" generally means the "doctors practice", but "In het kantoor" rather means the patient's workplace. If we want to refer to the patients workplace, I suggest translating this to "Lieu de travail du patient / Tewerkstellingsplaats van de patient".

  1. workplace translation to NL "in het kantoor" in valueset https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/vaccination/ValueSet-be-vs-care-location.html needs to be reconsidered - RIZIV will take this up
  2. need more clarification on the value medical-center, in which cases does this value have to be used ? (in vaccicard it is specified not to use it). Additionnally the translation to NL and FR to "medisch huis/maison médicale" is not entirely correct (in the legal RIZIV sense of the word). If the vaccination is done in a "medisch huis", softs have to set the value to "workplace". RIZIV has to look into it Also translation of recovery-home has to be reconsidered. RIZIV has to look into it

@annenerenhausen Could you take a look at this? Would a SNOMED CT code be an option to avoid the management of translations in different places(INAMI, ...)?

Hello, imho for Medical-centre, "Maison médicale" (FR) is not the same as "Groepspraktijk" (NL).

To be consistent, I would prefer either:
