Add (very different and large quantities of) Stuff to ePIs

So, I have been thinking of how to add information to ePI due to focusing and traceability.

1. when tagging stuff (adding highlight, wtv classes, also add lens id)

2. The Lenses are referenced in a extension in the composition

3. Images can be binary or URL inside the HTML

4. and what about other stuff? Pictograms, questionnaires, trasnlation (or plain language) among virtually inifinite stuff?

For this one, I am considering expand the extension of the https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-eu/gravitate-health/StructureDefinition-HtmlElementLink.html to have another tag of "type". So we can add preprocessing, we can have pictogram for section (and add it to section ), we can add questionnaires and so on.

Or do you would argue for a new extension?

Or other option?

This would enable to be flexible to add almost everything to the epi and reference the resource or url or data, the type (like what the resource is) - added tentative VS. And if necessary point to a class in the HTML to secure the placement
