If this is the right place to look for cross border lab report exchange: https://hl7.eu/fhir/laboratory/status-mgmt.html, what is expected to happen if there is result correction after report has been amended: final>>amended>>?

As the diagram says: final>>amended>>amended or final>>amended>>entered-in-error are possible outcomes, non of which seems to fit the situation. Is there some idea behind this flow limitation?

We can improve the state diagram by adding links between the three states following the final status to show possible transition between them. Would it be necessary?

Well if transition is assumed to be possible then Your comment is enough for us in LV. But when transition between preliminary and partial is shown and these transitions are not - it is a bit confusing. Of course adding it will make the diagram heavy. May be some comment in text would do it.
