Update the scripts in order to fix the error with the type namespace #55

the type of the logical model shall include the name space : e.g.

http://hl7.eu/fhir/ig/pcsp/StructureDefinition/Diagnosis instead of simply Diagnosis as used so far.

Update the scripts in order to fix this problem

the fsh filess are fixed; updated the -part1 excel file. Maybe is worth to update the scripts when a model is changed ..meanwhile work on the transition to the new approach see #56
