Organs not involved in surgery (affected organs) #63

It is not possible to let the system know that an organ in not affected by the surgery, it is only possibile to specify that the specific organ is affected

linked to the request for the sacrified organs from BE; it is possible to define a default value in case of absence of affected organs (and an explicit code for this)

Evaluate support for not affected and unknown organs

added an optional extension to procedure to indicate not affected organs.

The absence of not affected and affected organ indication should be interpreted as the unknown case for that organ
