Possibility to send the age at diagnosis

Dear Giorgio,

Following a recent internal dialogue with AIT and CCRI, we propose to enhance the standard by adding a new variable, "Age at Diagnosis." This addition aims to gather this specific data without the need to have complete details for the "date of birth" and "date of diagnosis" fields.

@davisart : technicall we can do it using the onsetAge in the Condition resource, this prevents however to use the onsetDateTime.

Let me know if and how the Logical Model should be updated... Is this alternative to the dateOfDiagnosis or it is in addition to ?
