Substance: reference strength substance or precise active ingredient. Dose form: authorised, administrable, or manufactured dose form. Route: usually implied in the dose form (see dose form attributes).

Example of available attributes in EDQM/SPOR for a dose form "Dental powder". According to those attributes, it should be possible to automatically understand which dose forms are substitutable with eachother. image

Substitution operation doesn't have output parameter. I think it should be either a bundle of Medication or MedicinalProductInformation resources. These are the ones we also have profiled.
