The changes included are from a sweep of all terminology-related artefacts that are in scope of the ballot (didn't touch non-ballot items):

Added OIDs (Fixes #641 and may do the same for #644)
Updated URLs (and made the corresponding changes in StructureDefinitions and intro.mds)
Removed unusued code systems and value sets from ig.xml and ig.json
Replaced the HL7 AU defined GTIN resources with references to the core defined GTIN terminology
set status to active and experimental to false for terminology that has been balloted previously
Corrected some ids, descriptions, titles, names

NOTE: There may be some merge conflicts with the other PR
