Purpose of this PR is to include the Australian Base material out of the two recent Diagnostic Reporting projects at the Agency that have been socialised with HL7 AU OO.
This is not a full and complete validation and mature design. This is part of wrapping up the reporting Agency work by making available the more matured content that we have achieved to date.
Focus is on including the terminology, identifiers, overall material, and introducing a minimum baseline to work from defining the pathology and imaging as defined profiles rather than 'base' profiles.
Change from a generic AU Diagnostic Observation to be:
AU Diagnostic Result
AU Pathology Result
AU Diagnostic Imaging Result
Retain but mature AU Base Diagnostic Report.
Retain but mature AU Diagnostic Request.
Introduce:
AU Pathology Report
AU Diagnostic Imaging Report
QA clean up includes example fixing, intro.md style fixes, canonical urls, including warnings.
A Full blood count example has been added to AU Pathology Report and the corresponding FBC element observations have been added to AU Pathology Result.
