Ballot fix: add 2 MedicationDispense examples

This PR adds 2 MedicationDispense examples, as dispense 1 and dispense 2 of an existing MedicationRequest example (prescription for Reaptan).

Added corresponding example hyperlinks on the following profile pages:

• AU Base Medication Dispense
• AU Local Dispense Identifier
• Extension: Dispense Number
