This PR includes numerous improvements to the suite of 10 vital sign profiles, but is not intended to "complete" them (more improvements will be offered in future).
The changes include:
error fixes for all profiles and related existing examples
profile metadata fixes and standardisation
profile updates to standardise slice names, short names, descriptions, definitions
profile standardisation with regards to Observation.effectiveDateTime
Observation.valueCodeableConcept value set binding updated to use applicable newly released NCTS value sets
2 new examples to all profiles except the panel
alignment and standardisation of profile intro content
alphabetically sorted the 10 profiles on profiles.md
NOTE: with the adoption of the NCTS metric unit valuesets, the 2 placeholder valuesets in this IG are no longer in use. Consequently, they were removed from the ig.xml and ig.json to prevent them from being processed, but the files still remain in the repo (valueset-ucum-bodyheight.xml and valueset-ucum-bodyweight.xml). Following this PR being merged, these files may then safely be deleted, if that is desired.
