Completes the set of changes needed to be a complete profile at DRAFT 0 including copyright and other metadata, meaningful descriptions including shorts, slicenames etc, fixes technical problems with the slicicing.
Addresses issues for Gestational age profile noted in https://github.com/hl7au/au-fhir-base/issues/667.
