au-pathologyresult category slicing #744

The intent of the au-pathologyresult.category slicing is to have: 1) a fixed code of "laboratory" from the HL7 codesystem associated with HL7 Core Observation.category of Observation Category Codes; and 2) a more specific optional pathology department code taken from the valueset https://healthterminologies.gov.au/fhir/ValueSet/pathology-diagnostic-service-category-1.

However the current structure of AU Pathology Result category does not reflect that intent. The structure of the category slice present on the profile AU Diagnostic Imaging Result category better reflects the intent of what is required for AU Pathology Result category; hence changes will be made to align the AU Pathology Result category with desired intent by changing the structure to be similar AU Diagnostic Imaging Result category.

Work has been done to change the slicing on au-pathologyresult.category.
