Background- the concept "vi" was added into the core spec CodeSystem via this ticket FHIR-36815, in Aug 2022
Discussed at PAWG meeting 15 Feb 2023, documented here: https://confluence.hl7australia.com/display/PA/2023-02-15+Minutes
The following outcome was agreed:
vi
code fix to be applied:
- Mark AU vi code as deprecated
- Add definition words indicating deprecated - use international codesystem
- Review presentation of this after change
- no other changes to binding with AU Location or valueset
This has been fixed via https://github.com/hl7au/au-fhir-base/commit/a2faada572963fbf352e8a2af47a99a31129afdb
ValueSet Location Type (Physical) - AU Extended has 2 entries for "vi" virtual.

)The AU extended value was created at the time of an earlier version of the international spec, as "vi" was not present. It looks like it has since been added into the international CodeSystem (which is now v5.0.0), hence now the duplication.
Questions:
Is this a case for deprecating the AU "vi" code or even the AU extended CodeSystem / ValueSet? To what extent has the AU code already been implemented in systems? (I'm chasing that with the PCA crew)
