Added CodeSystem.valueSet element to HL7 AU CodeSystem resources published in HL7 AU Base that are HL7 AU code systems (i.e. not PBS, MIMS, etc.).
Contact Purpose, is not updated with CodeSystem.valueSet as the 'all codes' value set URL is already in use for a value set that includes concepts from two code systems (bound in StructureDefinitions). Later discussion to be held. A comment has been added to the resource.
