AllergyIntolerance-example1 replaced an inactive SNOMED code and description #817

Fix for https://github.com/hl7au/au-fhir-base/issues/814. The inactive code "91930004|Allergy to eggs|" has been replaced by "213020009|Allergy to egg protein|" in allergyIntolerance-example1.xml As this is a minor fix I have not updated changes.md
