Some HL7 AU terminology urls do not resolve, others do #891

Currently some terminology resources defined in AU Base do not resolve, e.g. http://terminology.hl7.org.au/ValueSet/v3-ActEncounterCode-extended . There are version-specific pages, e.g. https://hl7.org.au/fhir/4.2.2-ballot/ValueSet-au-v3-ActEncounterCode-extended.html

What is the plan to have these resolve?

Others are http://terminology.hl7.org.au/ValueSet/v2-0443-extended https://hl7.org.au/fhir/4.2.2-ballot/ValueSet-au-v2-0443-extended.html and http://terminology.hl7.org.au/ValueSet/v3-ServiceDeliveryLocationRoleType-extended http://terminology.hl7.org.au/ValueSet/location-physical-type-extended and http://terminology.hl7.org.au/ValueSet/v2-0360-extended

One that does resolve is http://terminology.hl7.org.au/ValueSet/amt-mp-codes

I think the publisher might indicate the unlocatable terminology by not including the line "from ..." in the Terminology Bindings section of the profile page, see image. image.png
