Think this line is a bit unclear as Heart Rate is one of the concepts: In FHIR, both concepts are children of the parent Heart Rate concept and conform to the AU Core Heart Rate profile. Would prefer like: In FHIR the more specific pulse rate concept can also be represented by the AU Core Heart Rate profile.
