HealthcareService?service-type=[system][code] This seems incorrectly listed on http://hl7.org.au/fhir/pd/pd2/StructureDefinition-au-pd-healthcareservice.html as GET [base]/HealthcareService?type=[system]|[code] should be GET [base]/HealthcareService?service-type=[system][code]
