Refresh IG to use external HL7AU template #33

This au-fhir-pd FHIR IG currently uses the deprecated ig.json methodology and many aspects are therefore quite dated. Profile sub-menus are broken and it is generally quite out of step with other HL7AU FHIR IGs.

The IG repo needs to be restructured and cleaned up to instead employ the current build methodology using an ig.ini that points to the HL7AU FHIR template, hl7.au.fhir.template#current.

Summary of points:

  • Secure messaging network - PD IG: clean up, QA
  • Standard publishing templates to be applied - Agency to raise PR Mid September
  • Request for changes process - committee to review any changes as issues
  • Balloting to be planned; so conformance can be asserted
  • Noting: DTR balloting via HL7 international perhaps; needs a plan for that
  • initially AU Base; look at AU Core going forward- need to harmonise PCA, AU Core and PD content

Now that the HL7AU template issues have been resolved (https://github.com/hl7au/hl7.au.fhir.template/issues/1 & https://github.com/hl7au/hl7.au.base.template/issues/2); the in-development branch build of the AuDigitalHealth/au-fhir-pd fork is available, as FYI
