Patient-baratz-toni.json has some demographics from original anne-bennelong - these don't fit. Fix #45

Patient-baratz-toni.json has inherited some of the demographics like language from Patient-bennelong-anne (who is no longer present in the test data).

  1. Patient-beneelong-anne is a valuable non-IHI patient instance. Recommend restoring
  2. Patient-baratz-toni language needs match their other demographics in WA rather than norther NSW.
