Initial AU Patient Summary test data from draft AUPS IG #60

Add Initial AU Patient Summary examples from the IG into a new aups folder and update to ensure they validate and reference existing aucore test data

The Composition-ps-minimal has an entry reference change in the Medication section from 'MedicationStatement/simvastatin' to 'MedicationRequest/reaptan'. This means the associated section text doesn't match the referenced entry.

Similarly the Composition-ips-composition-minimal has several reference changes as they were all derived from the IPS IG. Each of the section text for all sections will need to be reviewed and updated as necessary to align with the referenced entry details (Allergies may be OK).

This will need fixing once the alignment with the IG changes is worked out.
