ch.fhir.ig.ch-emed#4.0.0-ci-build /ValueSet-ActivePharmaceuticalIngredient.html

For the usage of the profile CH EMED Medication in the IG ch-vacd for immunization products, the valueset should be extended with the following value: http://snomed.info/sct#106181007: 'Immunologic substance (substance)'

Otherwise the warning The Coding provided (http://snomed.info/sct#106181007) is not in the value set 'ActivePharmaceuticalIngredient' (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed/ValueSet/ActivePharmaceuticalIngredient|4.0.0-ci-build), and a code should come from this value set unless it has no suitable code (note that the validator cannot judge what is suitable). (error message = The provided code 'http://snomed.info/sct#106181007: 'Immunologic substance (substance)'' is not in the value set 'http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed/ValueSet/ActivePharmaceuticalIngredient|4.0.0-ci-build') will remain in validation.

@pjolo Can you add it to Art-Decor for this release? Or how is the terminology release management?

pjolo commented 10 months ago

@ziegm The code Immulogic substance has been added. The German translation still needs to be discussed with the German Translation Group and the Italian translation needs to be validated. This is why these translations could not be included in the Swiss Extension. I have used the English term for the German and Italian translations. The French term was already available in the Swiss Extension.
