Adaption to the usage of the CH Core ServiceRequest profile as parent in CH ORF

CH Core ServiceRequest is already used as parent via CH ORF
Adaption to CS/VS ServiceRequest Category is on hold, till it is updated in CH Term, see comment
- added in changelog
