Mismatch between use case 2 in English and in German (Emmanuel Eschmann, CISTEC) #278

Use case 2 in German deals with "Laboratory prescription without using Questionnaire and QuestionnaireResponse", whereas use case 2 in English describes "Requesting additional examinations of the same sample". It seems as if use case 2 in English has remained with IG version 0.1.0 and has not been updated to IG version 2.0.0.

Good
