Usage of the CH Core Coverage profile as parent
- Update the Coverage.identifier slicing (changes in CH Core to make it possible are done: https://github.com/hl7ch/ch-core/issues/287)
Adaption to the terminology Coverage Type in CH Term (binded to Coverage.type)
- Reduce the binding strength (not required): see request from the FHIR Work Group: https://github.com/hl7ch/ch-core/issues/116#issuecomment-2074863500

@oliveregger please review the changes:

Coverage.type: Change to the revised VS/CS of CH Core/CH Term (remove the CH ORF CS/VS for it)
Update the Coverage examples accordingly
Update the Map accordingly
Update changelog
