This CodeSystem should not be defined here. The canoncial URL should be http://radlex.org (not http://www.radlex.org), see https://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem-RadLex.html. Maybe just a ValueSet with the necessary codes from radlex?

url corrected. restriction to necessary codes in the VS will be done in the course of the final revue of all valuesets by the radiologists.
