Platelets unit of measurment 10^3/µL replaced with 10^9/L (According to http://unitsofmeasure.org' version '2.0.1 #56

@JBleuer Shouldn't the code for Observation.value[x]:valueQuantity.code as well be 10^9/L? Currently the code is 10^3/µL image

As well as in Example Observation: Caveat Blood Coagulation Platelets the code 10*3/uL is also used image
