With the introduction of the EprPurposeOfUse "DICOM_AUTO" with the regulation release on July 1, 2023, the Value Set in the FHIR Implementation Guide should also be added.

Include the code "DICOM_AUTO" in the code system "ch-ehealth-codesystem-purposeOfUse" as well as in the ValueSet "EprPurposeOfUse"
