Revise the CS/VS:

Harmonization of values
Use of SCT codes if possible

There are currently no suitable SNOMED CT codes for the ServiceRequest Category. Therefore, the codes are left as they are. Suitable SNOMED codes will be requested from SNOMED. As soon as the codes are available, they can be added to the ServiceRequest Category at a later time.
