As the patient summary can be a summary of several summaries (e.g. medications, allergies, etc.), I would not specify the document type. To upload a patient summary, I suggest the following:

Class: 422735006 | Summary clinical document (record artifact)
Type: 419891008 | Record artifact (record artifact)

@PeroGrgic thank you for your proposal. My request had the background to also have the code included which is specified in the international IPS: https://hl7.org/fhir/uv/ips/STU1.1/StructureDefinition-Composition-uv-ips.html
