the code '102311000195108' is not valid in the system http://snomed.info/sct version http://snomed.info/sct/2011000195101 (102311000195108)

Similar to https://github.com/hl7ch/ch-allergyintolerance/issues/106, we should have somewhere explanantions or guidance on deprecated snomed ct values

@oliveregger what shall we do? is there a possibility to mark values as deprecated in CS or VS? do we need to solve it for the version 5.0.0?

declaring a composition in a valueset as deprecated using the fhir extension valueset-deprecated does not solve this warning. the publisher does not respect this extension. there is no visual hint in the IG.
