In the patient profile we have sliced identifier to allow CPR, x-ecpr and d-ecpr. The latter being regional cpr identifiers. For consistency reasons these have also been used in Relatedpeson. However, we have not been able to identify use cases, where d-ecpr are important. You might get an unknown patient or traveler in an acute care unit and pull a d-ecpr locally, but you would not pull one for their spouse (unless the spouse was also a patient).
We should try to identify use cases to justify d-ecpr's presence in the profile OR decide to keep it for consistency reasons OR remove it from the profile.
