The current NPU valueset (in 3.3.0 that would be here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7dk/dk-core/branches/3.3.0/ValueSet-dk-core-NPUBasicObservation.html) lists two NPU codes that are deprecated. The status of the code can be seen by either downloading NPU from Labterm or by simply looking up the codes on https://www.labterm.dk/webportal/search.
We need to decide whether the codes in the valueset should be updated by adding the replacement codes from NPU and declare the current codes as deprecated.
