Hi @rafasashi would you mind giving me a larger description of where/how something like this would be useful for the template.

The main reason I ask this is it looks like something specific to a specific use case, and this plugin template is more supposed to be a boilerplate that developers use as a foundation for plugin development, not having specific functionality included.
