Good ones. Maybe remove the lighter blue circle in help icon and make question mark bigger. And remove all the shadows (from question mark and mouse cursors)
Thanks @wa4557
Description: I'm not sure how big it should be, I've also tried with text too (not sure if useful).
Description: Should I keep the same color?
Further Details: @wa4557, do you think that the help file could coexist with unknown mimetype without problem?
Looks better. You should not make two different question mark icons. But you can use the already existing unknown-mimetype icon and recolour it. But twice the same icon with different symbols is arguably not a good idea
Update:
Description: I've changed the url icon design
