Better documentation and README file for new-beginners. #8

I can prepare readme and documentation for the LuaSNMP library. I can also modernize the code if necessary, it will be helpful for library I hope.

The documentation is a bit old-fashioned but quiet comprehensive. What do you miss? What do you mean with "modernise" the code? Feel free to fork LuaSNMP, improve the code in your private branch and issue a pull request.

Thanks for your return, documentation can be expended for all titles that luasnmp library can covered well and it can have an modernized look for readability. It is readable, just we can make better. About modernizing the code; we can add other SNMP features that added after you wrote the code. If luasnmp can use all features that SNMP has these days lately, there is no need to modernize. It is just a suggestion. Sorry for replying so late, I've been very busy lately.
