Unhandled error when clicking "trading" tab #430

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system? 1.8.5 
Windows 7 64bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click trading tab
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.

Changed around some tab names, that all that i did before this started 
happening, my Buyouts.xml is correctly formatted. I can navigate to every other 
tab

Well i feel dumb. I looked over my Buyouts.xml a few more times and noticed a 
formatting error. Feels free to close this
