Set danger level for balance notification #48

Allow to configure a min meter square for highlight when stock balance hits the minimum danger level or notify user.

Want to notify from your phone when the danger level hit so you can easily know when it is out of stock?

Implement highlight at ver1.0. Reopen if want to implement show up at notification bar.
