Cleanup whitespace

• Removed trailing whitespace
• Corrected comment indent in some case
• Removed CR from line breaks (consequent unix lf now)
• Even cleaned up from tabs (1 file), because all other .ld are fully space indented

For me, I'd like to keep my code clean regarding whitespace. You could pull my changes to clean it up (what makes my happy too).
