added variable for customizing the url to the csound manual #32

Dear Hlöðver,

since I have recently installed a version of the Csound manual on my system, I thought it might be useful to be able to direct the csound-manual-lookup to a custom path. Hence, I have added the editable variable csound-manual-url. Hope you will find this useful.
